Job satisfaction is all about focusing on what an employee need
& What are the actions they taking for it. In a work place every employee should
feed the company’s big picture to achieve the ultimate goal. In this process It’s
not easy to find a satisfy employee in work place who love what they do.

A satisfy employee always deliver their best for the customer as
well as for the company They are like brand ambassadors in the company, who can
motivate other people & attract customers without more enforcing processes
or advertisements. Employee turn over will be at lower level & this type of
employees handle more work pressure with ease since they tend to adjust to it.
How do we achieve the job satisfaction? Job satisfaction can be
achieved through loving the work you do or changing the conditions of the work
you are involved in.

01. Create a
positive environment.
It is important to create positive attitude among
the employees since that energy will drive them towards to achieve their personal
goals & as well as company goals too.
02. Break the
big goals in to small ones.
This a tricky one since one could not see what
they should achieve in their long run in the company. But break them in to pieces
& make them achievable make the employee satisfy & help them to have a
clear idea of the ultimate goal.
03. Reward
& recognition.
Reward & recognition makes employee satisfy
proud & happy about what they do & inspire other employees in the work
place too.
04. Increase employee
engagement.
People will show up for the work but it is
important to make sure to involve them in the process too. Employee voice
should be heard & their suggestions should be on the considerations since
they are the one who knows the job better. This will directly impact on job
satisfaction since employees will feel respected in their job.
05. Evaluate
& measure job satisfaction
To know if the employees are satisfied in the
job it’s important to evaluate the same. It can be a survey or through face to
face discussions or feedback boxes it is need to be identified the areas which
need to be address.
So, end of the day it is not the pay day which drive your employee
