Identifying the learning styles of employees
Learning, does it end with the schooling? Do we need learning
now? As Henderson (2017) said Learning is a change in Human knowledge, Skills
& attitude, that will gain against the experience. Learning is more
important in a work place since learning may be the solution for most of the problem’s
employees face.

In an organization employee are gathered where each coming
from different places with different cultures with different skills &
different perspective. It’s important to the company drive all of them to see
the bigger picture. That’s where learning comes to an effect. Through learning,
an employee will get a sense of that they are valued & they will be an
investment to the company.
Let’s look at what working place learning addresses.
-Individual employee strength & Weaknesses
-Performance Gaps
-Instability
-Dissatisfaction
It’s important to make employees adhere to the company
learning culture & motivate them to drive to achieve company goals. To make
this process more effective, organization should understand what are their employees
learning styles since each may carry their own ways.
VAK learning style (Barbe, 1979) is one of the simplest way
to address the company employees.

Visual – In the working place workers who are better with
graphs, Charts & videos, who are tend to be very neat & tidy those can be
recognize as the visual learners.
Auditory – Auditory learners often talk to them self, they
do better when listening to a co-worker or through tape recorder & hearing
what was said.
Kinesthetic – These types of leaners are easy to recognize
among the employees. They like to draw pictures, diagrams or doodle when
listening to things & reading them. They often use highlighters or color
pens.
Even from those hints, if someone couldn’t be understanding
their learning styles there are plenty of self-assessment questionnaire that
one would take & understand what is their learning style.

know the learning style.
Its important to give an attention to each & every
employee in a learning culture work place. In the learning process touching
each style make employees attract & engaged in the process voluntarily.
